Return Policy

Non Defective Returns:  Returns must be filed within 7 days of delivery. 

 

The 7-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole.  If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.  Multiple items may be sent in one package, as long as the return slips are included.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return item(s).  Refund will be issued as store credit.  Note that a shipping return fee of $7.25 will be deducted from your refund.

 

All returns my have an RA#.  To start the process please complete the form below.

 

Refund Requirements:  Items MUST be returned in new condition.   

 

  • All returns must include an RA# or the item can not be processed

  • Item(s) must not be worn or washed

  • Item(s) must be free of any use such as: stains, deodorant marks, perfumes/sprays, make-up, dirt, rips/cuts, animal hair, etc.

  • If an item is discontinued or was a specialty item order, return or exchange may not be possible.

  • All clearance items are final.  No returns or exchanges will be approved.​

Original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded.

 

Final-sale items may not be returned.

Please allow up to 10 business days for all returns or exchanges to be fully processed once it arrives to our facility.  

EMBROIDERY ITEMS:

Embroidery items are not exchangeable or returnable unless there is a product defect, or embroider error.

Defective / Incorrect Items:  Notification must be filed within 5 days of delivery. 

 

The 5-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not the date of order.

A picture may be required before exchanges can be processed.
